CC.AI is an AI-powered chat platform that enables users to interact with artificial intelligence characters, create custom bots, engage in interactive stories, and communicate with other users. The Service includes:

AI-powered chat conversations with customizable characters
Interactive story generation and roleplay experiences
User-to-user messaging capabilities
Social features including following, blocking, and user discovery
Image generation and sharing features
Energy/credit-based usage system

3. Age Restriction

IMPORTANT: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using CC.AI, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

The Service may contain adult-oriented content. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create, upload, or share through the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant CC.AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through the Service may be subject to the terms and conditions of third-party AI providers. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users.

6.3 Service Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CC.AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Energy and Credits System

The Service operates on an energy/credit-based system. Energy is consumed when you:

Send messages in chat conversations
Generate AI responses
Create or advance interactive stories
Generate images

Energy may be replenished through daily rewards, subscriptions, or purchases. We reserve the right to modify the energy system, pricing, and availability at any time.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

If you purchase a subscription or make in-app purchases:

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
You are responsible for any applicable taxes
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Content Moderation

We employ automated and manual content moderation to ensure a safe environment. We reserve the right to:

Review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms

11. Termination

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CC.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CC.AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CC.AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
